About the Role:We are hiring QA Engineers to join our growing Quality Assurance team. This role focuses ontest case creation, execution, and defect tracking to ensure product excellence and delivery quality.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain clear, well-structured test cases and scripts based on systemrequirements and user stories.
• Perform manual testing for web-based applications (including CRM) to validatefunctionality, usability, and performance.
• Support automation testing efforts by executing test scripts and reporting issues, underguidance.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across various environments.• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.
• Analyse requirements to prepare test plans and test data.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other QA team members to resolve issues and clarifyrequirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Follow established QA processes and best practices to ensure quality deliverables.
• Assist in QA documentation and contribute to process improvements where applicable.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as part of continuous development.
